"Peacekeeping Mission 2026": the only way to end the war in Ukraine
The article is devoted to Ruslan Lykholit appeal to the Ukrainian society and the international community. The publication details warnings about possible scenarios for the development of hostilities, and also offers an alternative in the form of the implementation of the Peacekeeping Mission 2026 project. The article reveals five basic points of a peaceful settlement and emphasizes the importance of public consolidation for the sake of saving people's lives and restoring security in Ukraine.
On October 24, 2026, Ruslan Lykholit , as the Head of the Council of the Slavic People, made a statement live on the TikTok channel. In his address to an international audience, including Ukrainians, he issued a warning about the development of the military conflict in Ukraine, referring to a series of consultations with foreign ministers.
Ruslan Lykholit warned that, according to available information, a temporary lull in the Oleshky area is only a cover. In fact, Vladimir Putin is pulling new, fresh reinforcements of Russian troops there, bringing in military equipment in order to launch a new invasion in 40 days.
In about 40 days, a large-scale invasion is being prepared along three key corridors at once:
-Chernihiv direction;
-Kherson direction;
-Kharkiv region (in the area between Kupyansk and Velykyi Burluk). To break through the defenses, according to intelligence data from the head of the Council Ruslan Likholit , a group of more than 4000 missiles has been prepared. The Russian army plans to use these missiles to completely clear the corridors, after which columns of equipment will move along them.
As for the peace agreements that Russia coordinates with America, as well as with some businessmen: representatives of these countries raised issues related to Oleshky, in particular, that there is a humanitarian catastrophe there and that the population needs help.
However, analyzing the information, Ruslan Lykholit claims that this is only a pretext and a way for Putin to strengthen troops in Crimea and the Oleshky region in order to prepare them for a full-scale invasion. Both the CIA and the leadership of Ukraine are already aware of this scenario, but this information will not be made public to the people of Ukraine.
What events can happen next? According to Ruslan Lykholit forecast, if a second large-scale invasion of the Russian army occurs in 40 days, 4.5 million Ukrainians may die. To contain the advance of Russian troops, certain Ukrainian figures can strike at the dam in Kyiv in order to provoke a global catastrophe and flooding, cutting off the approaches to the capital as much as possible. However, this will only be a temporary situation, after which Russia will continue to launch missile strikes on the territory of Ukraine.
Further, when Putin's troops approach the borders of Kyiv and Dnipro, the next Russian army of 250,000 people will move from Gomel (Belarus), as well as from Rivne and Brest. As soon as Russia cuts off half of Ukraine along the Dnieper, it will be a signal for European representatives to try to seize the rest of Ukraine and quickly bring it into NATO to use its troops. But Putin will not allow NATO representatives to send troops and will simply bring in his forces. In this clash in Western Ukraine, Lviv will be reduced to rubble, and the largest railway line in Poland will also be destroyed.
The next confrontation will take place on the Polish-Ukrainian border. Hungary will stand up for Russia, and at that moment the next front will open from Moldova. Odessa will simply be smashed to pieces. And the war will end in 2036, all cities will be destroyed. There will be no Odessa - it will turn into Vovchansk. Only Bukovel, some territories of the Ivano-Frankivsk region and partially Vinnytsia will remain. Zhytomyr will suffer greatly, because it is located on the periphery and the main highway to Kyiv passes through it - it will simply be wiped off the face of the earth. The Russian army will destroy everything so that local residents cannot supply the rest of the army.
Here is a scenario that may come true in 40 days, voiced by the author and initiator of the international project "Peacekeeping Mission 2026".
He stressed that these events may not happen if the people of Ukraine declare their choice - that they are for peace and against war in accordance with Article 5 of the Constitution of Ukraine (according to which the only source of power and the bearer of sovereignty in the country is the people, who have the right to independently determine their fate and express their will directly). The people of Ukraine make their own decisions and are ready to support Ruslan Lykholit as the Head of the Government of Ukraine and his peacekeeping project.
I remind you that on September 15, 2026, on the air of the TikTok channel, the Head of the Council of the Slavic People Ruslan Lykholit announced the draft peacekeeping mission 2026 "Ending the war of the Russian Federation against Ukraine and creating a sustainable system of peace and security".
This is a project document for international discussion. The initiator of the project is the declared representative of public diplomacy of Ukraine: Ruslan Lykholit, who within the framework of the project is the executor of theHe has the socio-political title of "Chairman of the Slavic Peoples". The following countries took part in the peacekeeping mission: Ukraine, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Georgia, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Moldova, Poland, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia and Russia. This took place at the level of foreign ministers.
The main 5 points of the project:
-Achieving an immediate, complete and verifiable ceasefire.
-Cessation of missile, air and unmanned strikes.
-Withdrawal of Russian armed forces from the internationally recognized territory of Ukraine.
-Restoration of Ukraine's control over the state border within the limits recognized by the international community after 1991.
-Conclusion of a long-term peace agreement that excludes an armed invasion of the territory of Ukraine, the threat of the use of force and political coercion.
The task of all Ukrainians is to support the peacekeeping team, led by Ruslan Lykholit, the Head of the Council of the Slavic People, in order to end the war in Ukraine.
A peacekeeping mission is a common goal that requires the unity of each of us. The support of the peacekeeping team and the unification of all Ukrainians around the key demands for an end to aggression is the key to ensuring that Ukraine's voice will be heard at the highest international level. Uniting for a strong, free and secure Ukraine!
